The Titanium Spec Package
The Titanium spec package is a complete home with all of the core features and finishes in place.
Inside, you'll find practical, well-finished spaces designed for everyday living. Kitchens include cabinetry, a ceramic tile backsplash, a stainless steel undermount sink, and a Moen Chateau pull-out faucet. Bathrooms are finished with one row of tile around shower or tub units and glass shower doors.
Throughout the home, finishes are clean, neutral, and designed to be easy to live with, creating a space that feels complete from the moment you move in. Titanium is a good fit for homeowners who want a well-built home with everything in place, along with the ability to be more selective about where they choose to upgrade during the building process.
The City Spec Package
The City spec package builds on that same home by taking the interior finish a step further. With City Homes now part of Daytona, this spec package carries forward that same focus on design and more elevated interior detail.
In the kitchen, that includes 2cm quartz countertops, 48" upper cabinetry with a 3" flat crown to the ceiling, and a ceramic tile backsplash. Bathrooms are more fully finished, with Kohler fixtures, fully tiled shower walls, and 10mm glass shower doors. Second floor bathrooms and the laundry room feature ceramic tile flooring, and railings throughout the home are finished with painted vertical iron spindles.
City is a good fit for homeowners who want more included from the start and a home that feels finished right away.
