Hi Daytona Family,
Last year, many of you came together to support me, by participating in the MS Walk in support of Multiple Sclerosis. Together with our trade partners/suppliers, we raised an astonishing $14,000 to fight this disease, that has unfortunately become part of my daily life.
We are so lucky to work for an employer like Daytona, who cares about their employees and the larger community as well. In addition to sponsoring the food tent, where we can all join in lunch following the walk, Daytona will match the first $2,500 in donations.
It may seem like something simple, but being able to enjoy a walk through the park, is something that can be a huge challenge to someone living with MS. There is no cure for this complex disease and the consequences to individuals can be dramatic physically, mentally and financially.
