Through homeowner services like Virtuo, homeowners receive complimentary concierge support designed to assist with move-related details such as utilities setup, internet coordination, and additional homeowner services.

That same approach continues long after move-in day through homeowner resources, warranty guidance, and ongoing support that extends well beyond possession day.

BUILT GREEN® Certified Performance

Built with Our Comfort Blueprint in mind from the start.

At Daytona Homes, we proudly certify our homes through BUILT GREEN® Canada, a national, non-profit program that supports responsible, energy-efficient construction. With a focus on long-term performance, healthier living, and environmental responsibility, every home is independently verified for energy efficiency, indoor air quality, materials, durability, and overall home performance.

Homes can achieve Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum certification levels, with each tier representing a higher level of performance and sustainability. Bronze reflects strong foundational building practices, while Silver and Gold introduce more advanced energy-saving measures and enhanced environmental considerations, while Platinum represents the highest standard within the program.

Most Daytona Homes achieve BUILT GREEN® Gold certification, meaning they are designed to exceed standard building code requirements and meet more rigorous performance benchmarks across multiple areas of the home.
